Please consider that these terms and conditions only apply to karaoke music fun's website, and it does not apply to other third-party sites linked on our pages. By using our services, you agree to accept the terms listed below.

As of May 2024, the terms and conditions for the various services of karaoke music fun stand as follows:

This is a solo venture. We do not have any association with any other karaoke website.
For quality checks, clients may check the samples uploaded on each product page. Hence we will not honor any demand for a replacement for any karaoke track in terms of quality as samples for the same are provided on each page for each track.
Samples for video karaoke tracks would not be provided to clients for individual tracks. However, if any client wants to know how the downloaded video file will appear, they can review the our YouTube channel . Please Note - The samples are provided only for MP3 products
Our products are digital in nature. Hence the karaoke track once delivered via email and downloaded by you can not be replaced with any other track and no refund will be made in case of any confusion from the customers’ end.
Upon purchase of an MP3 product, only the MP3 karaoke file will be delivered to you. Similarly, on purchase of MP3 + Video product, 2 karaoke files will be delivered to you; one in MP3 and another in WMV format. However, if you require a karaoke track in any other format like WAV and MP4, then we will facilitate the same at an additional charge
There are various versions of a particular song available in different lengths on the browser and it is not necessary that we have all the versions of that song available. Hence the original song which you may be referring to might differ from the original song on the basis of which our karaoke track is produced. We have mentioned the length of the track on each product and thus the client is requested to check the length of the track prior to placing the order for karaoke. For your reference, here is a screenshot . Hence the company is not liable for any refund or replacement. Although in some of the products we have not mentioned the length of the track yet, for those particular products, please confirm your desired track length with our customer support service prior to purchase
The price of each track is fixed as per the current conversion rate.
Demand for a karaoke track, free of cost will not be honored. However, we extend individual discounts on bulk purchases.
Two offers on the same product cannot be clubbed together and only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction.
To avail a particular offer, the ongoing offer coupon code will be valid for use within the validity period only as mentioned on the banner or offer page.
We do not ship any CDs or DVDs. All our songs are downloadable and we only deliver download links through email. No claims of CD’s/DVD not being delivered will be entertained.
Due to unforeseen circumstances if you have been unable to download the karaoke track or somehow the track got misplaced, then we can certainly refresh the digital link for you within the time span of 6 months from purchase. After which refreshing the download link would be chargeable.
We provide video files i.e. karaoke with scrolling lyrics for Hindi songs, however, if one requires karaoke with scrolling lyrics for any regional track, then they are required to provide us with the lyrics scripted in English for the same and we will get video karaoke done for them at an additional cost of USD3.
The karaoke track varies by 10% to 20% from the original song. (A standard Hindi custom karaoke track / standard regional custom karaoke track is 80% similar to the original song since the interlude is taken from the original song, while the instrumentation of the minus one karaoke will be exactly as per the original song, as the entire track is made from scratch at our studio).
The digital media karaoke download services provided by this website are for your personal and non-commercial use and you are not authorized to make any copies of any downloads other than for personal use.
In our Semi-Vocal karaoke tracks, vocals of either male or female are present. In the case of Semi-Vocal Karaoke tracks, the volume of the vocals (male/female) kept intact, may sound low or high than the karaoke. This is because we use vocal portions from the original song and volume is balanced by us as much as possible without affecting the tonal quality. Thus you are requested to listen to the karaoke sample before purchasing it, to judge the quality beforehand as the sample also includes the vocal parts.
In case any client requires a video karaoke file for the MP3 karaoke track (already purchased from us) by paying the difference amount, then request for the same would only be considered if the MP3 track is purchased within the last 1 year of time span from the current date.
HKS may terminate any customer's rights to any or all of the services if any information provided by the client is found false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
If you wish to purchase any products or use the services on the website, you must register with us by providing the required information to us on the registration page.
Customers registering on the website or creating an account, may or may not consent to opt-in for subscribing to our newsletter, emails, and alerts.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
